Above prices are for men's sizes 36-46 and ladies' sizes 0-18.

For men's sizes 48-50, please add $10.00

We normally ship all orders via UPS ground. Shipping/Handling via UPS ground to Continental USA just $12.50 per order regardless of quantity.

Air shipments or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States will be billed at a higher rate. If you have a FedEx account you would like us to use, include this information with your order, Part 2.
